Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4561039.

Has already been reported (4483591 / 4540341) - pavement is badly eroded which has exposed a drain / manhole cover. It is now a trip hazard - it sits about 3" above the surface. Please make safe asap
