Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4560405.

A large lump of concrete has been placed on the footway, its a health & safety issue - could be tripped over, also it keeps getting moved into the road so could cause damage to a vehicle. Please could it be removed asap before someone it hurt or a vehicle damaged
