Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4559922.

Unsure if abandoned, has been there over 2 weeks in same spot, saw someone get something from it at beginning of may, has no tax or mot according to gov website , doesn’t appear in bad condition, parked legally. KB57YZR reg number
