Manhole cover not aligned with the road level or not proper sitting on the hole

On this busy stretch of the road passing of vehicles over the manhole cover create constant noise. This could be either due to the manhole cover not aligned with the road level or not properly sitting on the hole itself. The noise has become unbearable particularly at the bed time.
