Historic flooding. Pond in verge just along from love grn garage. Resident has bern reporting for years. WF prev LAT carried out dutching work in 2018t

The area has high water table. Under streams and water runs over pond , verge ditching in LGL ..in winter water overflows and runs down LGL and runs in Swallow Street and Love Lane water sits on surface and freezes to sheet ice
