Manhole damaged and loose outside dominos

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4553867.

I have reported this several times. The manhole is damaged, so every time a vehicle passes over it, not only is it dangerous, but it’s so loud, I can hear it all day when I’m home, but most frustratingly, It’s disturbing my sleep! This needs resolving asap!!
