Entrance/ Exit into Nicholas Gardens

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4548252.

I can see there are already reports on the issues us Residents are encountering along Nicholas Gardens. It has got worse over the last few weeks, and Recovery Trucks and Commercial Vans are now parking both sides of the road on the entrance to Nicholas Gardens and on pavements. We are struggling to get in and out of road, and Bin Collections not able to gain access. Also the last few days a Blue Honda is parking on the corner of Rowan Avenue/ Nicholas Gardens so no access to any of the pavements. This Road requires yellow lines at least on one side of the road. Obstructions on the footpath causing issues with prams wheelchairs etc. Dangerous trying to get out of Nicholas Gardens.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
