Abandoned, untaxed and uninsured white Ford transit van

White transit van. Hasn’t moved since November 2022. Road tax expired Dec 2022. Is uninsured so parked on road is in contravention of Road Traffic Act. Veh registration is KD07 WDC.

Has damage on off side (closest to passing cars) as though another vehicle has hit it.
