This car regularly parks on this corner in double yellow lines and so far from the curb that it’s sometimes impossible to see around it to go past. I use this road several times a week and have almost had head on collisions with other cars because this one is blocking the road.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
