Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4537808.

Not accepting card payment and unable to sign up to ring go app whilst there so had to leave amersham .still unable to access ring go from home.totally unacceptable.explains why car park empty and lots of disgruntled buckinghanshire council tax payers.
