Breach of Highway Code 243. Parking too close to a junction within 10 metres which will also obstruct emergency services access to Falcon Rise. Obstructing the view when entering Falcon Rise or emerging onto Pheasant Drive

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
