Unprovoked Targeted harrassment at specific neighbours. Car in picture has illegally Parked across dropped curbs completely blocking two driveways and Preventing their vehicles leaving these drives as shown in the pictures. This has been an ongoing issues since last December 2022. Person will leave the car all evening, overnight and will move it in the morning or later in the day, even though they have their own parking or can park on the road along the road. This car has blocked the driveways since 4pm 7.5.23 and is still blocking the drive at the time of reporting 8.5.23 00:06 and will no doubt be there for most of the day. Requires official action with a PCN.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
