I have a garage in the middle of the garage block.

I park a classic car in my garage. I left it locked in the garage for 2 years. When i returned to the garage there are fallen trees, overgrown hedges, rubbish and I can't get my car out. I cleared this area from overgrown hedges, weeds and rubbish 2 years ago, but now its out of control and i cant remove the fallen trees. Most of the garages are abandoned and it appears I am the only person using the garages.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
