Non-resident vehicles keep parking on the footpath (both ways). This occurs daily and they cannot park on the footpaths. It is a nuisance to residents and also it blocks the way for larger vehicles, such as lorries and vans, when wanting to move in and out of the development.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
