Parking on or near a junction on DYL

The cars park in this area on the double yellow lines and in the bus stop at regular intervals throughout the day. The complete disrespect for parking is shown by the black car who is parked a cars depth away from the road edge and the yellow lines! Perhaps they thought that if they were not parked on the yellow lines the traffic offence was not committed?

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
