The field is absolutely full of dog poo

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4513713.

New dog bin has been installed, but there is fresh dog waste literally NEXT to it!!!! some fines need to start being given out,. the whole field is FULL of poo. its disgusting.
