Car regularly parks I an extremely dangerous position

Car parking just before the brow of a steep hill, just before a blind corner as road bends sharply to the right. Cars going up the hill are forced on to the opposite side of the road to pass. Cars coming round the corner will not see them. Very high probably of head on collision. Car regularly parks in this position

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
