Vans are parked here every day, day and night blocking the pavement and part of the road , the junction is so dangerous because the view is obstructed by the vans parking here , there is no actual parking available here and there are specific lay-bys for vehicles and these vans just park across and onto the pavement and in the middle of the junction.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
