Trader has parked a black Clio Reg M9JVR on the road for over 3 weeks. This vehicle has body damage and clearly been bought from an auction. The owners / workers from Discount Tyres on Abercromby Avenue High Wycombe are responsible. They have used the whole street to park customers vehicles and vehicles from auction which they then sell forward. Can action to taken against them
