Traders are starting again to abandoned vehicles on the road. This BMW has been parked for over 3 weeks. The registration for the BMW is LS58ODV and the traders plate number is 37234. The trader does not live on the street and is taking vehicle space for residents. This vehicle most likely will not move till it is sold. The tax on the 03rd February 2023. Can action be taken against the owner of this vehicle
