Large transit pickup outside no5 and 7 Narcot lane on pavement

This transit pickup has recently started parking ( last 2weeks) on the pavement outside no 5,7,14,16 Narcot Lane and blocking the pavement. The pavement on the 5,7 Narcot lane side is a very busy pedestrian pathway and is used by people with walkers, prams, dogs and people going to the shop. The parking of this vehicle is causing people to walk in the road as the path is blocked. It is an extremely inconsiderate piece of parking.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
