Damaged upright manhole cover

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4493421.

It's been 2 years and STILL nobody has come out to fix this man hole cover, it's causing half the entire road to be blocked off as someone has just put a traffic cone over it, cars will get damaged, it needs to be repaired ASAP not ignored continuously and there are 5 reports about it already so here's a 6th to see if it finally gets the attention it needs
