Y477lno car abandoned in resident only car park. Nobody knows who owns it. Looks un roadworthy. Its obstructing a residents parking bay. Needs moving. Been parked there for approx 6 weeks or more. Its in car park behind 80-90 magpie way on the left as you enter rudds Close.
