Vehicles are consistently blocking both paths at the entrance to Nicholas Gardens (this has vehicles all the way down the night before. This is preventing use of pavements and restricting driving access for all residences. There is also an increasing number of corporate vans being parked in Rowan Avenue which is restricting residence parking and impacting Nicholas Gardens. This now is a daily issue and is impacting bin services and access to our homes.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
