In hedgerow behind 4 and 6 Grenville Road

Someone is excavating land between hedgerow boarder to the side of the playing fields and the rear boundary fences of 4 & 6 Grenville Road. They have rubbish out of the hedge and left it at the side of the footpath. One removed item appears to be a broken concrete lintel that has sharp twisted pieces of steel reinforcement protruding upwards. Dangerous to dogs and pedestrians. They have also been removing pieces of turf from the edge of the playing field which they are placing into the excavation.
