Its is absolutely disgusting that this individual has parked illegally whilst ticketing other people including myself so was clearly there about 10 minutes . This has happened on a number of occasions which I have evidence for .

THIS PERSON NEEDS TO RECIEVE A FINE OTHERWISE WDC ARE HYPOCRITES AND THIS WHOLE PARKIMG THIS IS A SCAM

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
