East West Rail blocking access to ours and 3 other properties
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4469087.
EWR are doing work on and around the roadbridge between Mursley and Little Horwood. However their traffic management team keep blocking both the entrance to our drive (Lower Grove Farm) and then our exit from the area as they keep closing the road at Horwood House Hotel. I have spoken to them multiple times in the last 4 days and registered a complaint via email but they are just carrying on and presumably expect us to keep getting out of our cars to move all the heavy barriers each time we come and go. This is affecting 4 households in total.

As part of our highway management strategy, unauthorised signs will be removed from the highway, removal will be prioritised according to highway safety, resource requirements and the interests of the community. The Council may exercise their discretion not to enforce in some situations (e.g. small scale charity events).
These signs will be held for 28 days and there will be a storage fee of the unauthorised signs that do not comply with this policy where applicable.

Update
The issue/defect has been made safe with a temporary repair. A permanent repair will be made when resource is available.
