Continually parking on double yellow lines by 4 vehicles. It's a fight to see who can get there first. Completely blocking pavement so anyone with a pushchair would need to go in the road to get round. Restricts residence view and move ability getting in and on our drives.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
