Pelican crossing not working on Exemplar Park side

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights & crossings problems with buttons, beep or lamps category anonymously at 09:52, Thursday 20 April 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4465031.

The buttons light up when pressed but the traffic lights stay on green - the pelican crossing button on the opposite side of the carriageway does enable the lights to change but currently not able to get across form the exemplar Park side (I tried three times and each time the red light came on on the button but went out and the traffic lights stayed on green so I was unable to cross the road as it was during rush hour.
