Baghill Lane Haddenham pile of vehicle tyres in ditch

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4464672.

Approx 30m north of bridge in ditch on east side of lane. This pile of discarded tyres has been in this ditch for over a year.I have reported it twice before this year and after 21 days each time it is automatically closed with no action. I have contacted my Councillor who says he will look into this issue. There are other reports of fly-tipping in this lane that seem to get attention
