Cars constantly park on the single yellow lines outside my property, number 5 Highland Road. This makes it dangerous when I reverse in an out of my property as cars are on the wrong side of the road as there is a lane blocked.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
