Car traders blocking the entire road entry, creating blind spots

A number of car traders on Philip Road and Healey Avenue are constantly blocking the access to Philip Road and creating blind spots by parking vehicles in their fleet. This is a great nuisance and makes the entire area look ghastly

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
