Flood water from laundry & jetwash

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:12, Tuesday 18 April 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour, 40 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4455292.

Have complained about this before but it's only getting worse and not been resolved. Flood water from both jetwash and laundry is all over the road and pavement. Drains are blocked with dirt so water is not going into the drains. The petrol station owners need to take responsibility and fix this

We know that an important part of any road network is the drainage system which is designed to carry water away from the road surface. Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low lying area.
