Mini roundabout at end of Turnfurlong Lane, King Edward Avenue

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4446293.

Thames Water have placed road closed signs (Thurs 13th April) on Turnfurlong Lane entrance on the road by the mini roundabout. Vision is therefore obscured at the roundabout to oncoming traffic from King Edward Ave. High amount of accidents at this roundabout already. Traffic turning into Turnfurlong Lane is therefore on the wrong side of the road. The road is not completely closed as the schools, and other side roads are accessible. Could they be moved onto the grass verge instead please?

  • This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate, they will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.

    The issue/defect has been made safe with a temporary repair. A permanent repair will be made when resource is available.

    Please be assured, we will continue to monitor the area in line with our Highways Safety Inspection Policy.
