Chalfont Road and corner of hearnes meadow: Overhanging hedge has narrowed tarmac pavement to less than half

Overhanging hedge which has been like that for over a year has severely reduced tarmac pavement. People are having to walk on grass verge which is now mud. This spreads mud all over the pavements
