Between junction and footpath crossing Westfield Road

Reported via desktop in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 14:32, Wed 12 April 2023

Sent to Pitstone Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4430069.

A resident has raised concerns that pedestrians that are using the crossing (departing on the residential side) are completely obscured from view by the drivers of cars turning left into Westfield Road, by the hedging/shrubs in the BC verge/open space. They ask if the hedge/shrubs can please be cut back from the carriageway so drivers can see the pedestrians and improve safety. This report followed a close encounter which was unnerving for both parties. Thank you.
