Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4410686.

Registration AO08XSB, parked in the guest parking spaces on the right hand side as Bracken Way bends to the left. Has been parked since well before Christmas and has not moved hence flat tyres. MOT has run out in mid January. Is inconsiderately parked such that only two other cars can park on what is a 4 space guest parking area. Has been declared SORN, presumably to attempt to avoid being removed for no MOT/tax, but is not parked on private land as required by SORN.
