The drains on the Recreation Ground are not functioning properly leading to the flooding of the gardens of properties on North End Road. This has been on going for months now and the problem is getting worse every time that it rains. We are getting extremely concerned about the lasting damage that this will cause to our properties. You are aware of this issue but continue to do nothing about it. This is now critical and requires urgent action.

    If the flooding is caused by a water leak we will report it to the relevant utility company to repair.

    We have been to the site and found no evidence of any flooding, this may mean that water has drained away.
