Lights coming from Bedgrove malfunctioning

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4373910.

The lights are either completely off or then turn amber to red roughly every 5-7 seconds. No green light is seen and the lights are clearly malfunctioning. Drivers taking huge risks to cross turning right. It is very dangerous. The lights should not be seemingly completely off and no green light appearing. Sure there'll be an accident imminently.
