Car parked outside house 31 Blacksmith lane on double yellow lines then someone picking kids up parks their car on double yellow lines on other side of road making it difficult for school kids to get past without having to walk in road.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
