Man proceeded to walk his dog in the park... dog took a dump in the pathway, owner did NOT pick it up and then went on to the END of the path (where it meets the field) and took his penis out attempting to urinate in the public footpath in broad daylight... I saw all of this (except his Penis)🤣🤏🏾 so I am an eye witness to him NOT picking up his dog poop and also urinating in a public footpath in daylight near a Secondary school (kids use this footpath to and from school EVERYDAY!)
