Trip hazard with potholes on footway next to bus stop and post office

Several elderly residents have tripped into the road going from the post office or bus stop, possibly to the residential home opposite, There is a nearby zebra crossing but the direct route is shorter and now hazardous.

  • This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue regarding the footpath/pavement/cyclepath.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.

    We have completed our inspection of the issue and have made arrangements for it to be resolved within 6-8 weeks.
