Parking blocking our driveway which has a dropped curb

Cars keep blocking part of our driveway which makes it difficult for us to reverse out, especially with the telephone pole on our drive. it also makes it harder to see oncoming vehicles when coming off of the drive. it happens at all times and it is multiple cars parking there.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
