Road drainage blocked causing flooding to front gardens and dangerous road conditions

This road drain/gulley outside number 9 Gawcott Fields is blocked repeatedly and is both dangerous and causes flooding to my property in heavy rainfall. I report it every time - check you records over the last few years. Why can’t this issue be properly resolved? It is unacceptable that my properly repeatedly floods due to Buckinghamshire Council’s inadequate drainage maintenance regime.

    We know that an important part of any road network is the drainage system which is designed to carry water away from the road surface. Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low lying area.
