No-entry sign post has toppled and increases risk

The sign post which display the No Entry has has nearly toppled and is a risk to vehicles. The No Entry sign should be clearly visible to all motorists on this busy A road, however in it's current state it poses a high risk and increases the chances of vehicles taking the wrong turn. Please kindly investigate and remediate this ASAP. Thank you.
