Faulty traffic lights

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4355612.

The 4 way traffic lights have not been timed correctly. They take a ridiculous amount of time to change. It will cause an accident as it gives the impression they are faulty. They take several minutes to change. I have seen several cars turn around in the queues that form, thinking they are faulty. It is also making the buses very late
