Please please please can you fix this annoying noisy problem it is seriously affecting my mental health. There are lot's of reports on here for the same problem some go back months ago. We CANNOT SLEEP!!!!! it is so loud and getting worse 🙏

  • This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate, they will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.

  • Update

    We can confirm that this section of road is currently on our Capital Maintenance list for extensive resurfacing which we hope will be carried out within the next 6-12 months. We always try were possible to adhere to the dates given, but unfortunately there are occasions when we have to delay the work due to unforeseen circumstances.

    In the meantime please be assured, we will continue to monitor the area in line with our Highways Safety Inspection Policy.
