Mosque parking. Every Friday but worse now

Every car on Oakridge road is currently illegally parked. This happens every Friday evening for Friday prayers. Ramadan has made this even worse. I live in Oakridge court and I cannot park because people attending the mosque have parked illegally. Every road around that area has double yellow yet cars are parked on them. Nothing is done because the ticket wardens attend the mosque. I know this because the person I challenged said so.
