On the bend of Quarrendon Road near the passage way that leads to Stanley Hill

Reported via desktop in the Parking on double yellow lines category anonymously at 09:23, Wednesday 22 March 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4344152.

Builders are persistantly parking all along the double yellow lines on both sides of the road, making it extremely dangerous as they are reducing the road to a single lane down the middle and you cannot see around the bend. There are, at times eight or ten vans lining the road, completly covering the double yellow lines on both sides. Not only is it dangerous for drivers but it is dangerous for school children crossing the road to go down the passage way to Stanley Hill who cannot see the traffic and moving cars cannot see them until they appear on the road between the vans. This has been going on for weeks and is getting worse. Many of us have asked the workmen to move their vans and they do briefly, but then they return and the number of them seems to be increasing. With them now moving down to the double yellow lines on the corner with Sheepfold as well.
