Hello, The curb outside our nursing home has a substantial dip that is only getting worse. We have many cars coming and going everyday, and we are now receiving complaints from residents families and staff, because of the depth of the gap between the road and the curb is growing, so we need this rectifying please. This has been passed to the local area technician to investigate the enquiry/issue regarding the kerb.

They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.

We have completed our inspection of the issue and have made arrangements for it to be resolved within 6-8 weeks.

Please be assured, we will continue to monitor the area in line with our Highways Safety Inspection Policy.
